  20. Maybe the reason for the sales staff defections is that they weren't good 
  21. enough salesman to be able to meet their quotas while under IBM's policy of
  22. not advertising 'vapor' products.  Obviously, Microsoft has no such restriction
  23. against 'vapor' sales.  Just a thought....
