  20.   Generally, a problem report of the form, "it crashes...it's useless" is
  21.   not too helpful and *posting* such a vague report is misleading to others.
  22.   What kind of system were you running?  What were you doing?  What was
  23.   the test picture?  The documentation has information on filing a proper
  24.   bug report.

  28. p.s., WinJPEG works for me under WINOS2...although bigger pictures can be
  29. viewed under Windows 3.1.
