  22. The jpeg group's djpeg and cjpeg are available for OS/2 2.0. Try
  23. ftp-os2.nmsu.edu in pub/os2/2.0/graphics/ (?). You need version 3. Then
  24. watch your swapfile grow...

  26. Others have said that jview from Holliday (Windows) is promising. Windows
  27. stuff was once found on cica.cica.indiana.edu, but I'm not current on 
  28. Win software.
