- Hello all, I'm trying to install OS/2 2.0 on a new machine here at work.
- It's a clone mothrboard, with AMD bios, and an AMD 40 MHz processor. The
- installation starts normally, with the exception of mangled text at the
- bottom of the initial blue screen. I get as far as fdisk, where I can
- partition, set up boot manager etc. When I've finished that, I get prompted
- for Disk 2, Hit Enter. When the enter key is pressed, the machine beeps, the
- disk light comes on for about 2 seconds, and I'm back at the same prompt.
- This can be repeated indefinitely. Anybody have a fix or a workaround for
- this?
-
- Thanks, Jay
