  25. The WIN-OS2 clipboard takes about 10 seconds and then gives "out of memory or
  26. disk error" if one tries to copy into the clipboard when it has something
  27. already in it, even as little as 4 lines of text.  Changing the clipboard from
  28. PUBLIC  to PRIVATE allows OK copy/paste with WIN-OS2.
