  27. I'm not sure where they are, but two places to check are
  28. software.watson.ibm.com and ftp-os2.nmsu.edu.  There will be some delay
  29. in release of these programs because there is internal paperwork
  30. that needs to be done.  The best of the best should appear fairly
  31. quickly unless legal has put on the brakes.
