  14. Sometimes after TE/2 crashes.... for some reason or another. When
  15. I attempt to restart it, I get a COM port already in use message.
  16. This usually happens when I have to close the program instead of
  17. exiting it.

  19. How can I close the COM port so I can use it, without having to
  20. reboot.
