  12. tell IBM HOW and WHEN the system crashed when using AMI PRO? (Like every
  13. time I selected print..) hardware and software specifications?

  16. about it? There are many happy users of OS/2 who have _NO_ crashes
  17. that cannot be cured.

  19. IBM's letter sounds "sound" to me -- try it on a different machine. Does it
  20. still crash? I doubt it. I am still forced to use WordForWindows, and I never
  21. had a crash with it. I am considering upgrading to AMI for OS/2.

  23. You will have *more* problems with the initial release of NT, just like
  24. the initial release of every product, including (especially?) Microsoft's.
