  20. P.S.  The upgrade requires a file called RUP.RUP to be created on
  21.       disk 1.  If you have DOS installed already, OS/2 installation
  22.       will create it for you.  Otherwise, you will to create it
  23.       yourself (it is a zero-length file, so don't worry, be happy).
