  13. I'm posting this for a friend who has no net access.  His system is a 386-40
  14. with 8MB RAM.  (If other details are needed, I can get them.).  He has had
  15. problems with his mouse pointer freezing and he also said at times he has
  16. been unable to shutdown the system.  Any clues, pointers, solutions?
