  26. When using PM with OS/2 1.2 and 1.3 with IBM PS/2 hardware, I had
  27. the Ctrl key stick many times.  The only fix would be to tap on the
  28. Ctrl key.  I don't know if this happened on non-PS/2 hardware.  I don't
  29. know if this was a bug in PM or in the software application I was
  30. developing--most likely the former, but possibly a result of the latter.
