- I just tried it. My swap file's initial size is 8Megs. I opened DeScribe,
- Bitfax, Excel 4.0, several icon windows and was downloading a file at the same
- time.......my swap file grew to 9.5 megs. I then closed down a few of these
- tasks and it shrank back to 8 megs.

- Seems to work as designed on my hardware......

- 386dx/40 with 8 megs of Mitsubisi 1x3 simm RAM (70ns).
- Connor 120 meg hard drive.
- Trident 8900c with 1 meg.
