  16. The OS/2 2.0 Redbooks are available from IBM's TeleServices customer support
  17. number.  The number is 1-800-7654-IBM (1-800-765-4426).  You can pay by credit
  18. card or mail in a check after calling.  The order will take about 2 weeks but
  19. can be sped up by paying for faster shipping.

  31. within 2 - 3 weeks.  I suggest calling TeleServices on September 1 and then
  32. once a week until it shows up on their list.

  37. added to the set and the price will increase accordingly.  If you buy the set

  42. This method will be much faster and easier for you to get these books than
  43. to request them from us.  The price is more than reasonable since they're
  44. being sold at their printing cost.
