  21. But in this case, "RSN" wasn't a statement by IBM, but one by Mr.
  22. Withers.  IBM has stated "Fall", which means (to me) any time between
  23. September and November.  Unofficial rumors out of IBM are saying
  24. September, but I disbelieve unofficial rumors from any source.
