- BTW, this could be true. From what I understand, the apps that break under
- 3.1 break because they perform actions that could undermine the system.
- Since everything has its own process space under Windows, Win 3.1 has to
- put a bunch of restrictions to protect itself. OS/2 doesn't have to worry
- about this!
