  40. 3.1!

  42. BTW, this could be true.  From what I understand, the apps that break under
  43. 3.1 break because they perform actions that could undermine the system. 
  44. Since everything has its own process space under Windows, Win 3.1 has to
  45. put a bunch of restrictions to protect itself.  OS/2 doesn't have to worry
  46. about this!
