  10. i don't have access to the comp.binaries ( i don't know xactly whjat 
  11. they're called, but i know there's a lot of good files there that i want, 
  12. esp for os/2, so how do i get stuff.
  13. I _do_ have the dos version of uuencode and uudecode.
  14. so as far as i know, i can encode and decode these files, but i have no 
  15. way of getting them.
  16. btw, i am running from a local bbs, not a university unix or vms or 
  17. anything.
  18. i do, however, live near a university vms mainframe, with friends who use 
  19. it directly, so i could, if necc. get stuff thru them....
  20. just askin', also, how to use uuencode and uudecode.
  21. the file i d/l'ed was just a .zip with 2 .exe's in it....
