- My ATI VGA Wonder works just fine. ATI's current Windows drivers work
- fine for WIN-OS2, and Joel Armengaud's OS/2 1.3 driver works 95% OK
- for the PM desktop. No system-killing bugs, just a few minor
- annoyances with large text and dotted lines being drawn in the wrong
- place on occasion.

- You got really unlucky. From my own analysis, I'd run a very detailed
- check on your memory. Get a program like Checkit and set it to
- complete memory analysis, and let it run continuously over an entire
- weekend, logging any errors to the printer. OS/2, with it's high
- level of context switching, can push marginal and intermittantly bad
- memory over the edge.
-
- I'd also have the floppy drive and its controller inspected. They may
- be causing the install-disk problems you're having. I don't know if
- normal diagnostics will find anything, but it's a possibility. My
- 5.25" drive, for example, can't read any HD disk Microsoft ships (I'm
- not kidding!) even though I can copy the disk to another 5.25" disk
- (on another computer) and install from the copy with no problem.
- Fortunately, I have two 3.5" disks as well, so I just order the 3.5"
- software.
