- If you decided to "pretty-up" your desktop by attaching icons to most
- things, creating migrated icons for apps, shadowing things, storing
- different fonts for different folders, etc, you're going to see this
- effect. Each WPS-parameter you store (like DOS settings) are stored
- in EA's. When you open a window for the first time, EA's are created
- for it and all the programs (icons) within it in order to remember the
- window's position, size, and the position of the icons within it.
