  31. If you decided to "pretty-up" your desktop by attaching icons to most
  32. things, creating migrated icons for apps, shadowing things, storing
  33. different fonts for different folders, etc, you're going to see this
  34. effect.  Each WPS-parameter you store (like DOS settings) are stored
  35. in EA's.  When you open a window for the first time, EA's are created
  36. for it and all the programs (icons) within it in order to remember the
  37. window's position, size, and the position of the icons within it.
