- I am trying to decide if I should buy this system for use with OS/2 2.0:
-
- Standard Computers - Windows Workstation Plus
- 33 MHz 486
- 16 MB of RAM
- 64 k Cache
- 15" MAG Monitor
- ATI Graphics Ultra card w/ 1.5 MB of VRAM and mouse
- 210 MB Maxtor HD
- tower case, windows/dos/Norton Desktop, fax/modem, and
- choice of application (1-2-3, Ami Pro, Freelance, Paradox,
- or Borland turbo c++) . . .
- ________
- $3250 including shipping
-
- Has anyone had any experience with Standard that I should know about?
- I spoke to a sales representative and he said that the computer was
- compatible with os/2. If I understand correctly, ATI Graphics Ultra
- drivers already exist, at least for some resolutions. I called Dell
- and their quote for a similar system was $4214 :(
