- I boot a DOS 5.0 image from C: to access a LAN. Since I cant
- write to C: in the VDM (fsfilter messes the client programs, so I
- dont use it), I use the a: drive to transfer data from the HPFS
- drive (from other DOS or OS/2 windows) to the LAN. C is FAT and
- D is HPFS.
-
- Curiously, the VDM can't see the new file and the dir statistics
- are not correct. If I exitd the VDM and restart it, it seems to
- be ok.
-
- Any clues?

- The reason I can't use fsfilter.sys is because I get messages saying
- "Bad PROTMAN.DOS" and the like.
