- I telephoned in today to register my copy of OS/2 which I bought at the
- PC'92 show in Melbourne, Australia (yes, you can register by calling a
- number in the registration card), to my surprise, the lady did not even
- ask for any serial number of the copy I have. All she asked for is my
- initial and surname, address, where did I purchase it from, and in what
- PC I am running it in.
-
- So, my question is how do they even know that I have a real copy with me?
-
-
- Did anyone go to the Developer's Seminar '92 in either Melbourne or Sydney?
- Are the goodies they give out (32-bit Graphics Engine, Developers Migration
- Kit from Windows to OS/2, and etc) any good?
- Can the 32-bit Graphics Engine Beta be put in an ftp site for the general
- public? If yes, any volunteers?
