- According to the Lotus person who took my order for Ami Pro 3.0 for Win,
- the OS/2 version will be available "this year," the developers are "very
- excited" about how the OS/2 version works, and depending on several factors
- (timing,marketing, etc), the Ami Pro _3.0_ Win -> OS/2 upgrade will be a
- $29, $49 or $79 "technical upgrade".
-
- Incidently, Ami Pro 3.0 works perfectly under OS/2 right now, both seemless
- and full-screen (I run full screen for the speed), and I've been cutting,
- pasting, importing and graphing up a storm for a month now. Oh yeah, you
- can use it to write words, too. Defininetly the best by far of the huge
- disk-hog, bloated pig memory eater style word processors.
