  19. Use the MODE command to tell OS/2 to ignore the carrier detect line
  20. (it is really carrier detect that matters, not DTR, I would imagine).
  21. MODE is documented in your online Command Reference.  You can invoke
  22. MODE using a CALL line in your CONFIG.SYS -- the OS/2 FAQ List for
  23. details.
