- Two things.

- First, you may have to use shift-printscreen, and not just
- printscreen.

- Second, be sure that screen printing is enabled. I believe this
- setting is on the desktop->settings notebook. If it isn't there, look
- in the OS/2 System->System Setup->Settings notebook. There is a
- checkbox somewhere do enable/disable screen printing. I don't know if
- the default was on or off, though. I made sure it was on as soon as I
- found the page with it.
