  22. First, you may have to use shift-printscreen, and not just
  23. printscreen.

  25. Second, be sure that screen printing is enabled.  I believe this
  26. setting is on the desktop->settings notebook.  If it isn't there, look
  27. in the OS/2 System->System Setup->Settings notebook.  There is a
  28. checkbox somewhere do enable/disable screen printing.  I don't know if
  29. the default was on or off, though.  I made sure it was on as soon as I
  30. found the page with it.
