  19. This sounds very similar, though not identical to an ongoing problem that I
  20. have which my OS/2 tech support guy has not been able to iron out for me.
  21. Someone else, however, has called them with an identical problem to yours
  22. and they got him back up and running with some odd playing around of SVGA
  23. on (to make a long story short, they told him to power down HARD after running
  24. SVGA on while still at the DOS prompt).  Call Boca Raton for better info.

  36. How can you tell if you are running in Interlaced or NOn-interlaced mode?
  37. What are your dip switch settings (and what monitor are you using?)  I
  38. am using a Sony 1304 and my OS/2 full screen is squashed and elongated
  39. whenever I start or switch to a session (it looks like I waould have
  40. 3 rolling prompts if it would roll, though as the screen is cut into 3 sec-
  41. tions).  Tech Support suggested running PSMode before running SVGA ON and
  42. selecting the highest resolution setting and, from that, running SVGA ON.
