  23.   Funny, I messed with os2speed and telix 3.12 and 3.15 for about an
  24. hour.  Although 3.15 claims it is DesqView aware, it talks only about
  25. the screen write modes, and not timesharing.  Either version, once 
  26. actually accessing the com port showed no signs of releasing any
  27. CPU according to pulse.  This is only over a 2400 MNP connection.
