  16. Get OS2SPEED and put it in your autoexec.bat file for DOS windows. Then
  17. run Telix. OS2SPEED turns DesqView aware programs (of which, contrary to
  18. the OS2SPEED docs, Telix is one) into OS/2 aware programs. Althuogh this
  19. won't give you a PM comms program, it will give you one that releases
  20. its timeslice (watch that pulsemeter drop before your very eyes).
