  29. IBM does not have the resources to write drivers for everyone's 
  30. video cards.  Apparently, what they have done is to support their own
  31. products, and leave the responsibility of support to the manufacturers
  32. of the video cards.  This may have been a mistake, but that's the
  33. only way IBM could do it.

  35. You think Microsoft wrote the Herc driver for Windows?  Heh.  Yeah,
  36. right.  Herc wrote it.  If Herc refuses to write an OS/2 driver, well
  37. that's Herc screwing over their own customers, it's not IBM's fault.
