- I've set the pif video mode to text and so far haven't had the problem come
- back. It's only been a couple of days though. It's an intermittent problem that
- seems to have something to do with memory allocation (possibly).

- I also discovered that toggling between window/full screen rectifies the
- fractured fonts. And Alt-Enter still works in win3.1.
