  28. I upgraded to Win 3.1 specifically to solve this problem with 3.0, and I'm
  29. satisfied. I use WPWIN, Excel 3.0, QPro in a DOS window, communications
  30. packages, ... all successfully, as far as releasing resources go. I was about
  31. recommend the 3.1 upgrade to the first user... and still would.
