  15. In trying to solve a couple of problems, I noticed that applications were
  16. not freeing all resources on closing in Win 3.0. Is there a way to "force-free"
  17. resources upon closing applications? This problem occurs with most apps, and
  18. none of them are non-commercial, pro apps, so, while I won't make any claims
  19. about how well written they may be, their integrity is probably typical of the
  20. best Windows apps.
