- I have no direct knowledge of this whatsoever, but in the hallowed traditions
- of USENET am willing to share my deep insights.
- You gotta figure that Novell's survival depends on NT's failure.
- That is why they are putting NetWare onto Unix, under the name of UnixWare.
- This will be the Clash of the Titans. Novell OWNS the server market. MS OWNS
- the OS market. Someone's going to get hurt.
- I'll bet that Novell is busy porting NetWare to NT as a contingency plan,
- but would never publicly admit that, as it would undermine their marketing
- position.
