  10. I am posting a preliminary copy of a NT FAQ for comments/feedback/input. I
  11. have attempted to give credit where due, and gather as much info as possible,
  12. and still keep it concise. Let me know what you think.

  14. Remember the Windows NT FAQ is not yet in Beta!  The Windows NT FAQ is a
  15. "Preliminary" release, intended for development a better FAQ. My focus has
  16. been on the Windows NT Kernel and Win32 API.  The Windows NT FAQ does not
  17. include POSIX support and I have not not yet had an opportunity to complete
  18. testing of the 16-bit Windows and MS-DOS applications support.  Therefore,
  19. the Windows NT FAQ is not appropriate for Beta test and evaluation.

  21. There will be a very broad Beta program in the early fall that is intended
  22. for end-users.  This release will include full support for MS-DOS, 16-bit 
  23. Windows and POSIX applications.  Further information about the FAQ beta
  24. program will be posted to comp.os.ms-windows.programmer.win32 when it becomes
  25. available.
