  13.     Has anyone uses the Library MEWEL?  Does it work well with
  14.     Borland BGI?  Does it work with the window help advisery 
  15.     system?  What about working with Print Manager?
  16.     I am writing a windows application and need to port it to
  17.     MS-DOS.  What at windows.txt?  Has anyone heard about it?
  18.     I know that windows.txt doesn't work with BGI.
