  10. I am helping to write an MSWindows application that will be a database
  11. query tool.  One of the functions this tool performs is to convert its data
  12. to the Lotus 123 WK3 file format.  This file format requires that character
  13. data be stored in the the Lotus Multi-Byte Character Set (LMBCS).  Does anyone
  14. out there know of an existing DLL or Library routine (or even source code) that
  15. we could use to convert character data from the MSWindows Ansi character set
  16. to LMBCS?
