  14. I have just taken over a programming project. I found a makefile for
  15. building a DLL for Windows 3.0 (well that's what the comments say).
  16. The C sources for this are compiled with (among others) a switch
  17. "-PLM".
  18. Both MSC 5.1 and 6.0 accept this switch, but I can't find any
  19. explanation for it in any manuals or anywhere in qh.
