  13. Writeing a terminal program I ran into a problem. Everything works
  14. just like it is supposed to up to 9600 baud! Baudrates higher than
  15. that display correctly, but lock up the system while either processing
  16. wm_Key(Up/Down) messages or while sending those scancodes to the
  17. COM-port.

  19. Is there a known COM port bug/bug fix or should I just review my code?
