- the problem lies in ATI's drivers. if you call their BBS (1-416-756-4591)
- you can either:
- - download the .DLL that fixes the problem. [i think the file is called
- TDVIDEO.DLL]
- - get the new version of the drivers (should fix the problem :-)

- when i fixed the problem, i remember having to actually CALL ATI to
- install the drivers (their instructions didn't work right)
- if you have any problems email me a messge and i'll give you the RIGHT
- instructions.
