  21. the problem lies in ATI's drivers.  if you call their BBS (1-416-756-4591)
  22. you can either:
  23. - download the .DLL that fixes the problem. [i think the file is called
  24.   TDVIDEO.DLL]
  25. - get the new version of the drivers (should fix the problem :-)

  27. when i fixed the problem, i remember having to actually CALL ATI to 
  28. install the drivers (their instructions didn't work right)
  29. if you have any problems email me a messge and i'll give you the RIGHT 
  30. instructions.
