  13. I'm just learning the ins and outs of programming in Windows 3.1 and could
  14. use some advise on a compiler.  I have Borland C++ 2.0.  Does this compiler
  15. support Win31?  What about Borland C++ 3.0?  Does Borland plan yet another
  16. upgrade when NT appears?

  18. Side note.  I've checked out the C++ 3.0 and noticed that the box says
  19. something like "includes ANSI ... 2.01 compiler".  Does this mean that
  20. 3.0 is really a fluffed up 2.0 compiler?  Or is my memory slipping.
