  15.  Does anyone know how to implement mouse grid snapping in MS-WINDOWS
  16. using C or BorlandC++ ? Currently, as I move the mouse around, the
  17. mouse cursor continuosly moves from pixel to pixel on the screen with
  18. any pixel location being valid for the hot spot. Is there a way to
  19. set the mouse up such that it only allows the mouse cursor to occupy
  20. predetermined pixel locations (ex. every nth pixel in both the vertical
  21. and horizontal locations)?
