  12. I am writing an application that creates a bitmapped printer soft font
  13. dynamically.  How do I tell Windows to download the font to the
  14. printer and use it for printing? Also, if I want to support printers
  15. that don't allow soft fonts, is there a way to tell Windows about the
  16. bitmapped printer fonts, or do I need to generate the whole page as a
  17. bitmap and print it?
