  31.     Hint: Paste the gifs into a 24-bit bmp image, then use Paint Shop Pro
  32. (a shareware). Choose "Decrese Color Depth - 256 Colors" and options "Optimized
  33. -Error Diffusion-Include Windows' Color" and/or "Reduce Color Bleeding" to make 
  34. a 8-bit bmp image. I assume you wanna make an impressive windows wallpaper. Note
  35. windows reserves 20 colors, the option "Include Windows' Color" may make a big
  36. difference.
