  27. I know nothing of their response time as I am still waiting for a reply to a mailing of two
  28. days ago.

  30. I know of no phone number.  I have a regeistered version and all tha was included was a 
  31. snail mail address.  This left me a little concerned when it came to technical support.
  32. Hopefully their email response will be adequate.
