  22. Filofax is the English (original) name for products like Dayrunner etc 
  23. (six-hole loose-leaf PIMs).  In the UK you can buy perforated computer
  24. listing paper in this format but I have not seen it for sale over here - 
  25. does anyone know of a US supplier?
