  20. It depends on what is the "slow" part about Windows.  If the screen
  21. updates are slow, such as you spend a lot of time scrolling around
  22. documents, then the faster video card should do the trick.  If you are
  23. trying to do lots of multitasking and background task switching, then
  24. more memory will speed it up.
