  20. I'm posting this with WinQVT. Make sure you save the file to disk in Notepad
  21. before you press POST in WinQVT. And don't change the filename in the "Post
  22. followup article" dialog window!

  24. Oh, and be sure that the PNEWS.HDR file in the WinQVT directory has every 
  25. line ending in a space character, especially the header lines ending with 
  26. a colon (:). Otherwise the NEWS server won't be able to correctly parse 
  27. these lines.
