- Afterdark has a program AD_WRAP that password protects DOS. I have it as
- the very first line in my autoexec.bat file. There is a theoretical
- window-of-vulnerability boot at time when control is turned over to your
- autoexec.bat file and before this program is invoked. I don't know
- enough of the details on how Control-C works at boot time to determine
- how easy it would be to circumvent. Of course, this assumes that your
- floppy drive is disabled, otherwise anyone with a floppy containing
- the DOS SYS could boot the system from the floppy and change anything
- they wanted to.
