  13. After reading in PC magazine that I could change the startup screen
  14. merely by replacing the vgalogo.rle with another rle file, switching
  15. to another video driver in SETUP, and then switching back to my original
  16. video driver.  After doing this, I get a message that says
  17. "Can't run Win.com"  (or is it Windows.com?).
