  12. Does anyone out there know of a method for password protecting
  13. Windows 3.1?  I know about the password for the screen savers,
  14. but what I want is one for the whole system.

  16. By the way, I was shocked to learn that the easiest way to 
  17. defeat the screen saver's password protection was to re-boot,
  18. re-start Windows, and simply reset the password in the Control
  19. panel.  Some security.
