  10. I need a copy of the Microsoft Windows Help Compiler. 
  11. Microsoft sells a "Visual Basic Help Utility" for $50:
  12. does this include the full Help Compiler? Is there
  13. any other package out there that includes the Help
  14. Compiler cheap? (I know that Doc-To-Help does, but that
  15. costs $250.)
